The process could not be easier - after an initial meeting, an interim management brief is developed to identify objectives, responsibilities, reporting lines, authority and deliverables. A contract is then negotiated and the assignment begins. Regular reviews allow you to monitor progress. On completion of the assignment, there is a final review to ensure that your goals have been achieved.
